New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Southern California (NHSoCal), was named one of the Best Places To Work in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego for the fifth year.
Laura Noid, VP Employee Experience, stated that “Being focused upon the employee experience isn’t just my job title. It’s my passion. As a company, we have learned to look inwardly and see who, where, and how we want to be. We have made difficult changes to ensure that we treat people in a fair and equitable manner. Employees recognizing us as the best place for work gives me confidence in the changes that we have made and excitement about the future.
Each award includes categories for small, medium, and large companies. NHSoCal is qualified in the medium-sized company category (50-249 employees) and has a total of 120 employees as of the submission.
