Citrix has updated its Citrix Certified Professional – Mobility exam
Citrix, a leading software company, is now releasing the latest version of its Citrix Certified Professional – Mobility Exam (CCPM) due to the release of XenMobile software.
On the 15th of November 2015, the Citrix Certified Professional – Mobility (CCPM), old version will be discontinued. The current 1Y0-370 exam will no longer be available. The new exam version is available for passing and you can take either the old or new exam up to November 15, 2015. The old version 1Y0-370 will no longer be available.
The CCP-M certification certifies the relevant skills required to design, deploy, and manage Citrix Mobile 10 Enterprise solution software. This includes mobile device management, secure productivity, and mobile application management. These skills are highly sought-after today, because of the high priority given to Enterprise mobility management in organizations and the increasing complexity of security and compliance requirements for their IT departments.
The 1Y0-371CCPM exam is designed for IT professionals such as engineers, technical specialists and consultants, as well as system administrators. It is conducted in English and covers four main topics. There are 67 questions that must be answered within a time limit of 105 minutes. The minimum passing score is 66%. The exam can be taken at Pearson VUE testing centers around the world. Reservations can be made online or by telephone. The candidate can retake the test within 24 hours of his first attempt and 14 days for subsequent attempts.
These sections make up the CCPM Exam:
Designing a XenMobile Enterprise Solution (22 % Weight)
Installing the Components in a XenMobile10 Enterprise Solution (10% weight).
Configuring and Integrating the Components in a XenMobile10 Enterprise Solution (30% Weight)
Managing and maintaining the components of a XenMobile10 Enterprise Solution (38% weight).
The weight of each section is the number of questions in the total exam. For example, if the exam contains 60 questions and section 1 is 22% weighted, then 13 of the exam’s questions will be on section 1.

Differentiate between mobile platforms, and the available options on each
Section 2: Installing the components of a XenMobile Enterprise Solution
Use the command-line interface to configure XenMobile Server for your first time user
You can complete the installation of XenMobile Server via the console
Section 3: Configuring the XenMobile 10 Enterprise Solutions Components and Integrating them
Configure policies to manage mobile devices
Configure Delivery Groups
Configure notifications
Section 4: Managing the Enterprise Solution XenMobile 10 Components
Disable, wipe, lock, locate, and locate devices
Designate device ownership (corporate vs personal)
Backup and restore XenMobile

Citrix Mobility Certification is valid three years after obtaining it. It is mandatory to pass additional exams if new exams are made within the three-year period.
