Hello everyone! Welcome to the next edition of ActiveCollab’s monthly updates! Last month we discussed the new Projects page and @mention task creation in the in-app chat, as well as improvements to webhooks. We’ll be discussing the Completed Projects page and My Work’s timesheet this month.
We hope you find our new Projects page menu more comfortable and useful. You’ll find the “Completed tab” there. You can now filter your completed projects by client, label, project leader, and category. You can also sort them by completion date or storage. You’ll be able to see which projects are taking up too much space. You can find what you need in just a few clicks by exploring the new options!
We have made some changes to our Timesheet on the My Work page to make it easier to track time using the Timesheet. You couldn’t click on a day’s total time until now. Mobile app
Reminders have been the most important addition to the mobile app since we last talked about it. We recommend that you give them a try, especially if your task-related forgetting is a problem. You simply need to choose a date and remind someone. It’s like having your own personal assistant.
ActiveCollab’s November uptime was >99.9%, and we intend to keep it that way. We are working to fix any issues or slowdowns in the app. Let us know via Twitter or email.
We will continue to work on the Projects page as well as the main menu, but this time we will be exploring other options that could be integrated into it. The folders for files project will continue. However, the next monthly update will be published February. Before that, we’ll give a brief overview of the entire 2021. Keep watching!
